Check out the message on the you tube link below.

Hi everyone,

I hope you are all coping really well and staying safe and happy. Thank you to all those who have been doing the work I have set and for the lovely messages and pictures that you keep sending me.

Well today we would have been doing the Easter presentation which has made me feel a little sad. however, the safety of you all is the most important thing to me. There will be other Easter presentations.

I will be setting some work for the holidays but it will not be like home learning. We will be continuing with the topic on the Vikings and Saxons so I will set some Viking work.  There will also be some division work, spellings and author of the term.  There will be a reflection booklet for holy week. I have also included the next topic knowledge organiser for you to have a look at.

Normal daily Maths and English lesson will start again on Monday 20th April. Happy Easter and stay safe.

All Saint's Sports Festival

I am Warrior!

Welcome back to school! I hope you had a lovely Christmas and New Year. The topic this term is all about The Romans and what happened when they came to Britain. We have a brief look at the Celts as part of the launch day and the reasons why Boudicca organised her revolution. We look at how vast the Roman empire was over the rest of the world.

We will be continuing to work hard to learn all our times tables and it is important that the children spend every night learning their times tables for the test in June.

Knowledge organisers have been put into homework books and the children will need to revise the information for a quiz at the end of the topic.

If there are any issues, please feel free to contact me and I will do everything I can to support.

Many thanks,

Mrs Clayton

Road Trip USA

Welcome to Year 4 Autumn term .

I hope you all enjoyed the holidays and that you have had a restful time. As usual, if you have any concerns, please feel free to contact me. I am very happy to help.

The theme of this study is based on the USA. Buckle up, sunglasses on, we’re going on a road trip across the good old USA.  The topic will explore the sights and sounds of America. The topic introduces us to the Native American tribes and their traditions and customs.
