Thursday 14th May
We have now finished our work on fractions. Today, please log on to MyMaths. There are 3 tasks to complete - 'Multiplying', '4 times tables' and '8 times tables'. We have been practising the 4 times table and the 8 times table quite a lot this year. If you haven't practised them for a while, it might be good to go on Hit the Button first before you go on MyMaths.
If you find these times tables hard, keep practising them as often as you can. The more you practise, the easier they will be and the quicker you will get at recalling them!
Please try to complete any other tasks on MyMaths from previous weeks if there are any that you haven't done yet.
Today we are starting the independent write for myths. Please read through the document 'Theseus and the Minotaur' and then read through the document 'English' which is attached below.
I have attached the adjective word mats again which you could use to help you with the independent write.
Take a look at the document called 'Pentecost' and then use the document 'Liturgy Plan' for your work. We looked at what happened at Pentecost in the lesson last week. You might want to read through last week's scripture if you can't remember.
You are going to imagine that you are planning a liturgy about Pentecost. You have all planned liturgies before, although it is usually in a group. Don't worry if you're not sure what to write for some parts, just have a go. I have put ideas around the edge on the Pentecost document to help you.
