How Many Colours Are In A Rainbow?

We loved our Rainbow Party for our Express

Welcome back! We hope you all had a lovely and restful Easter holiday. This term we will be focusing on  our new Topic 'How Many Colours are in a Rainbow?'

We will be reading a series of books looking at and investigating different colours, such as 'Elmer', 'The Rainbow Fish', 'Mrs Rainbow' and 'Brown Bear, Brown Bear'. We will be working towards a Rainbow Party at the end of our Topic, we can't wait to invite you all to our Rainbow Party!

In our Maths sessions this half term we will be focussing on addition and subtraction. We will also be doing some doubling and halving using pizza, delicious!

We will continue to do our PE session on a Monday so please ensure your child has their kit in school, both indoors and outdoors kit. Keep checking back to see what fun things we have been up to!

We launched our topic today by going to The Glazey Place and decorating our own tiles! Have a look at the photographs to see what we made!

Look at our beautiful butterflies!
